Overview
These terms and conditions as set forth and outlined are intended to
clarify the partnership agreement between the traffic partner and
PerpetualSearch.
Warranty
The SeeSpotSearch.ca code and content provided to affiliate is on an
"as
is" basis. No warranty of any kind is given either expressed or
implied.
Affiliate
responsibilities:
01. Affiliate agrees to keep all personal information, contact and
payee information up to date and accurate without fail. Affiliate must
use real name for contact information.
02. Affiliates payee ID should not be borrowed from someone else or
payee account name should not match or be shared with any other
SeeSpotSearch.ca affiliate.
03. Affiliate agrees not to participate in click exchange programs.
04. Affiliate agrees not to use spam, Newsgroup postings with
hyperlinks, ICQ, Instant Message or the like to generate searches.
05. Any suspicious, proxy, abusive or over clicking can result in
deletion or reductions of your account.
06. Targeting a specific keyword is also not allowed. People must
search for what they want.
07. No incentive traffic such as Paid To Click, Paid To Search traffic,
etc is allowed. Traffic from these sites is allowed as long as there is
no incentive given for “searching”.
08. Any incentives sent from get paid to programs sent to your portal
page link are not allowed.
09. Publicly posting derogatory, slanderous statements about
SeeSpotSearch.ca or any of SeeSpotSearch.ca’s staff will result in
forfeiture of all monies owed and possible account cancellation.
10. Use of any script, bot, spyder, or other computer program to
generate clicks is strictly prohibited.
11. Ask anyone to perform routine searches & clicks.
12. Affiliates may not search excessively on their link or else payment
will be on hold until further notice.
13. SeeSpotSearch.ca link is prohibited to be placed on any
competitor’s
page.
14. Keep the affiliate account active by having earning within 30 days
from the last earning day.
15. Choice of email addresses used should not bounce our emails or
treating our mails as junk/spam.
16. Affiliate should be at least 50% active in order to earn from
referral system.
17. At anytime Affiliate should not alter any contents of the portal.
Any traffic not coming from the default portal address is considered
cheating, unless previous approval has been given by site admin.
Affiliate
Program
SeeSpotSearch.ca's
customized affiliate
program, You must have
full understanding of how it works. You must agree to it as this is a
part of the terms of being an affiliate in SeeSpotSearch.ca.
Information
Any information related to SeeSpotSearch.ca, which is released to its
affiliates must not be disclosed to any third party without a written
consent.
Traffic
acceptance
SeeSpotSearch.ca will accept traffic generated from Australia, Austria,
Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland,
Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,
United Kingdom & United States.
Payment
SeeSpotSearch.ca pays in Paypal, IntGold (20% fee) & eGold (20%
fee) with no
minimum.
Payout will be made within 48 business hours of request receipt.
Affiliates may
only
request ONCE Payout per Calender Month (i.e. only one request in
January, one in February, one in March etc.)
Payouts are not done automatically. Affiliates need to request payout
by submitting a support ticket by clicking
here.
Requests MUST contain your: 1) Real Name, 2) Username, 3) preferred
payment method, and 4) payment account id. We
reserve the right to refuse payment to those breaching terms or doing
anything we deem to be inappropriate. We reserve the right to deduct
earning such as "invalid clicks" where clicks showed up on your
affiliate account but those clicks SeeSpotSearch.ca does not get paid
for. We reserve the right to deduct earning for any suspicious, high %
proxy, abusive or over clicking from a certain IP on a regularly basis.
Deduction from referrals earning will also applied when we find
referrals are cheating, with suspicious traffic etc. We check accounts
regularly plus perform a final check before sending payment, an email
will be sent to you if it will take longer than 48 business hours to
complete
your payment.
Understanding
and acceptance
Affiliate agrees that he/she fully understands these terms and
conditions, and accepts them as written. Affiliate also agrees/aware
that any violation of these terms may result in their termination in
the SeeSpotSearch.ca affiliate's program.
Limitation
of Liability
Under no circumstances will SeeSpotSearch.ca be liable for any special,
indirect, incidental or consequential damages, include, without
limitation, for lost income or profits, in any way arising out of or
related to this contract, even if SeeSpotSearch.ca has been advised as
to the possibility of such damages. We reserve the right to change the
TOS whenever we see fit.
Change Of
Terms
SeeSpotSearch.ca may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior
notification of its members. If any modification is unacceptable to
you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued
participation in the SeeSpotSearch.ca program and any use of the
SeeSpotSearch.ca Search Code property following our posting of a change
in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
If affiliate is
found to have violated any
terms stated or by use of fraudulent means to generate clicks and/or
revenue, immediate termination will result and all revenue earned will
be relinquished.
